Meet TeamCARE: Our Promise, Our Mission

It didn’t take long to recognize the potential within our Fulfillment team — what they needed was strong, dedicated leadership to take performance to the next level. That opportunity brought together two trusted LCP leaders: Nick Ortiz, Fulfillment Manager, and Roxy Bonilla, a longtime standout who stepped into the role of Fulfillment Pick/Pack Supervisor.

With Nick’s operational expertise and Roxy’s deep knowledge of our clients, storefront platform Veracore, and customer-facing experience, the two have built a united, high-performing culture grounded in one shared commitment: excellence in every order.

That commitment now has a name: TeamCARE — a fulfillment-focused initiative built around a simple but powerful promise: Customer-focus, Accuracy, Reliability, and Efficiency.

TeamCARE isn’t just a name. It’s a mission. It represents the mindset of our Pick & Pack and Fulfillment teams, who are dedicated to getting every detail right, every time. Whether it’s processing thousands of storefront orders, preparing kits for major clients, or managing complex fulfillment campaigns, TeamCARE brings purpose and precision to every task.

The core values behind the name are:

  • Customer focus: We treat every order like it’s our most important one.
  • Accuracy: We get the details right — because the little things matter.
  • Reliability: Our clients count on us, and we deliver.
  • Efficiency: We move fast, smart, and with care.

To bring this mission to life, Nick, Roxy, and Heather Azzarello developed a logo, a mission statement, and a series of slogans that reinforce their commitment: TEAM C.A.R.E.: More Than a Name. It’s Our Promise.

Don Hyatt, LCP’s Senior Vice President/Director of Web Solutions & Technology, said,

“This initiative shows what happens when teams at LCP lean into their strengths, nurture their ideas, and take ownership of the customer experience. And that’s why this is important, to the department and the company.”
