With 275 locations across the U.S., the organization focuses on developing personalized care plans for patients in the areas of primary and preventive care, integrated health services, and social support. Oak Street Health is a part of CVS Health, and holds the designation of being a trusted provider with AARP.

Challenges

Operating a nationwide, branded, primary care network for seniors with 275 locations required Oak Street Health to work with multiple vendors for their printing, fulfillment, environmental branding, promotional merchandise, web technology, and reporting needs.

In addition, some medical offices at times had different marketing needs based on location and patient demographics. Having gone through a complete brand refresh in 2023, Oak Street Health was challenged with vendor communication, reliability issues, and other common burdens associated with trying to coordinate the services of numerous vendor relationships working simultaneously on the same project.

Oak Street Health can easily access and manage all of LCP’s services through the customized Open Axis web ordering system LCP developed for them.

In addition, the two companies collaborate together utilizing the technology platform Workday. This allows LCP to be fully integrated with Oak Street Health’s Human Resources department.

LCP receives a daily feed from the HR team, which captures new employee information, including name, title, and location. Through LCP’s employee self-service portal, new staff members receive rewards dollars to purchase scrubs, office wear and other brand work attire. When anniversary milestones occur, employees are allotted more incentive perks points to buy new products.

Printing & Customized Marketing Materials

Oak Street Health heavily utilizes LCP’s many offset, UV, and digital printing services, producing beautiful work that specifically address the needs of each location’s populations.

Through the Open Axis portal, each medical office has access to a wide range of marketing materials that can be customized to meet their unique needs. This allows each location to tailor-fit marketing messages to match their specific demographics, while always ensuring all clinics consistently stay on brand.

Environmental Branding & Grand Format Printing

LCP’s Environmental Branding and Grand Format teams produce, install, and maintain Oak Street Health’s branded décor elements, including window and floor graphics, and directional signage.

When new medical offices open, LCP receives a floor plan of the location, and begins the production process of all needed materials.

Fulfillment

Oak Street Health relies on LCP’s fulfillment services and inventory management expertise to provide each location with any branded printed materials, kits, giveaways, or supplies they need.

Each medical office can order anything they require through LCP’s web-based storefront.

In addition, LCP’s inventory management services ensure that popular and in-demand products are always available and in stock.
