Working together for over 5 years, LCP is fully integrated within Aspen Dental’s daily operations. LCP produces virtually every piece of print work that Aspen needs, from back office supplies to web-based, templated marketing pieces that each location can create for themselves, while always staying on brand

Environmental Branding & Grand Format Printing

Our Environmental Branding and Grand Format teams are also heavily involved with each Aspen Dental location, producing, installing, and maintaining outside feather flags, window and floor graphics, directional signage, large room décor elements, and other pieces.

When a new Aspen Dental office opens, LCP automatically receives a floor plan of the new location, which triggers the production of all needed interior and exterior graphics, signage, printed materials, and décor for office walls. Before shipping, everything produced must pass a stringent quality control evaluation.

Upon receiving all of the branding materials at the dental office, LCP also coordinates with Aspen’s local construction team to manage installation and any needed permitting.

Open Axis E-Storefront Web Ordering System

LCP has built a custom Open Axis E-Storefront Web Ordering system that is configured to meet Aspen Dental’s exact needs.

From this online portal, each location has every ordering resource it needs to conduct business. Whether it be materials for marketing events, stationery, office forms, appointment reminder cards, posters/signage, room décor, window, and floor graphics, employee swag, or a long list of other available items, every office receives what it wants efficiently, and on a timely basis.

Fulfillment

Dentist offices are well known for the products they like to give away to their patients to encourage consistent, and effective dental hygiene.

LCP is a single-source solution for all of Aspen Dental’s managed inventory and fulfillment needs.

Each location can order products from Aspen’s corporate list in the quantity and product mix that best meets their specific business needs. LCP’s inventory management team ensures that in-demand products are always kept in ample supply to help locations stay well stocked.
