The installation will also have the added benefit of greater warehouse space due to the reduction in storage of prefabricated shipping boxes.
It is reported that the average shipping box contains 40% of empty space. With the EM7, boxes are made to fit the product, reducing extra materials and improving the delivery quality of the contents. The Packsize EM7 will support client demand for greater supply chain efficiency. Using proprietary software, LCP Complete will be able to plot custom sizes and box styles, allowing for flexibility when producing single-pieces and batch workflows on multiple widths and grades of corrugated.
